The Junior Helpdesk Technician handles the first level support requests that come in from our Clients. They are the first to touch a helpdesk ticket and make sure that the issued is handled quickly and the Client is informed of what to expect every step of the way.
The Level 2 Helpdesk and Field Technician handles the first level support requests that come in from our Clients. When a Level 1 Technician isn’t able to resolve an issue, Level 2 is the next escalation point. Level 2 technicians typically do more field and project work as well and are provided more access and trust with client systems and data.
