Savage Systems offers five comprehensive service contracts for businesses and also offers customized packages when needed. Each plan includes response time parameters, on site labor and maintenance hours, discounts on parts required for service and on site training programs. For the purpose of response time, business hours are defined as Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. During the first month, plan hours are prorated. On-Site labor hours reset on the first day of the month. Unused hours can be carried over to the following month, but no longer. On-Site Labor hours beyond the plan hours will be charged at ten percent off our standard on-site labor rate of per hour (currently $60-10%=$54). A minimum of one hour of On-Site labor will be charged for all On-Site visits.
The Comprehensive Service Plans are available with three months prepayment to be used as a security deposit and held as payment for the last three contract months. All plans are billed on the first day of the month. The Service Plan is a 12-month self-renewing agreement that requires 90 day written notice to terminate.
