Remote Support

Savage Systems specializes in remote support services. With your authorization, Savage Systems is able to access your equipment from our offices. The benefits of utilizing our remote support services include:
  • Reduced cost, since travel time is not included. Our normal onsite costs for technical support are $70.00/hour, with a one-hour minimum. For the remote support, it is $70.00/hour, but billed in 15-minute intervals, saving you precious dollars.
  • "Problem to resolution" time is considerably lower. When you call in or submit a ticket that can be resolved remotely, Savage Systems can resolve your issue at a much quicker rate.
  • Available after hours. Savage Systems is able to perform tasks, with your permission, after your doors are closed in a secure way in order to not interrupt your work day.
